| Details: | SUMMARY: One Repeat positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: Only 1 repeat sample was positive, when was at the same location, a faucet in the employee break room. Jeff Pearson stated that the dairy is replacing the faucet and piping. He has posted a Public Notice for employees in the break room. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples must be taken in the first month (January) of the 1st quarter of 2009. The Public Notice must remain until all 5 routines are received as negative. | ||
