| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT - Coliform positive DETAILS: Contacted the Dairy Farm Manager, Jeff Peirson, and Farm Manager Marty Myers. They had not determined the cause. The dairy had Kuo Labs collect samples and had contact them to take the 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples, if positive then post public notice and take 5 routines samples in the first quarter January, 2009. | ||
