| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System needed to take 5 temporary routines in August but only reported 4 repeats. I spoke with Brian and reminded him to take the 5 routines. 9/11 I spoke with Brian and they took 5 samples but labeled them a repeat. They were all positive. A routine sample was taken on 12/10/09 and received at the state on 12/15/09. There is still an unresolved coliform problem. System needs to submit plans to state for treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with treatment, plan review and repeat monitoring. | ||
