| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation (35248, 35289, 35310)- VOC, SOC, IOC, Arsenic Monitoring DETAILS: I contacted Vonnie about the VOC, SOC, IOC, Arsenic monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said the overdue chemical monitoring is scheduled to be done this month (November 17th). UPDATE: SOC, VOC and Arsenic testing was done 11/17/08. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
