Details: SUMMARY: Violation (35219, 35260, 35281) - VOC, SOC, Arsenic Monitoring DETAILS: I contacted Vonnie abut the VOC, SOC, IOC and Arsenic monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said, the overdue chemical monitoring is scheduled to be done this month (November). UPDATE: SOC, VOC and Arsenic testing was done 11/17/08 ACTION NEEDED: n/a
