Details: SUMMARY: Violation (35221, 35262, 35283) -VOC, SOC, Arsenic monitoring. DETAILS: I contacted Vonnie about the VOC, SOC, IOC and Arsenic monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said, the overdue chemical monitoring is scheduled to be done this month (November). UPDATED: SOC, VOC, and Arsenic testing was done 11/1/08. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
