| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation (35223, 35264, 35285) - VOC, SOC, IOC , Arsenic monitoring. DETAILS: I contacted Vonnie about the VOC, SOC, IOC Arsenic monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said, the overdue chemical monitoring is scheduled to be done this month (November 17th). UPDATE: SOC, VOC, Arsenic testing was done 11/17/08. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
