| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: System did not report a routine coliform sample in October or November 2009. I called Larry again and reminded him to follow up and make sure a routine sample is reported in December. Larry called me on 12/22/09 and informed me that the routine sample for December has been reported and received by the state on 12/21/09.Larry mentioned the lab he is using has now required water testing to be paid in advance.
