Details: SUMMARY: M/R Violation - Not enough repeats - ID #35402 DETAILS: I called Orrin Corak to confirm that the 4 repeats were taken. Then called Pyxis Lab to confirm that results were set to the State DWP. According to Mark at Pyxis they were sent electronically a couple of weeks ago -- he thought by Nov. 10th. Then called Chuck Michael to let him know that the results had been sent and asked him to check and get back to me. Chuck called to say they entered same day and did not receive. Called Mark @ Pyxis - he will fax today. Results for December, January, February were good. ACTION NEEDED: Pyxis has already collected 5 routines for November. (Apparently only 1 was reported)
