Details:	SUMMARY: Alert Id: COLI5846 - The routine sample collected on 11/5/08 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 12/4/08 - I spoke with Samantha today. She said, she/Green Valley Pump spoke with Scott Curry and he is ok with their proposals. The two new storage tanks are in the process of being filled. The well was shock chlorinated, and chlorine added to the tanks when they began to be filled. The well is producing very slowly (1gal/min) per Samantha and it will take some time to fill and then drain the system before samples can be taken. Green Valley is making periodic checks on the progress. Samantha will call to update with progress at the end of January, 1009. Presently, Samantha is the only person staying up there. ACTION NEEDED: This alert has not yet been resolved-- however, 5 temporary routine samples need to be collected after the tanks are online and the new storage tanks/well deepening may need to be approved with a plan review.
