| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/2/09 routine sample positive. Called and left message for operator and discussed repeats, temp routines in January and public notice if necessary. Called lab and 4 repeats had already been taken 12/3/09 pm. Tried to take raw sample but valve would not open. Will discuss repairing/improving raw sample tap with Micah. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeats to dictate action. Improve raw sample tap. Take 5 temporary routines in January. | ||
