Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Letter sent for additional monitoring for DI-ethylhexyl. Testing done 10/15/09 resulted in a detection of 0.0024mg/l. The maximum allowable is 0.0060mg/l. A second test on 1/9/09 had a detect of 0.0082mg/l and is above the MCL. Monitoring has to be continued quarterly. After 4 quarters of monitoring the results will be reviewed and compliance will be determine. These should be taken directly from the well head before the water enters into the distribution. Make sure these are labeled as routine and are reported the the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
