| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: One of 4 December 3,2009 repeats positive. Called operator Melvin and learned they are working on installing a new raw sample tap in the reservoir room prior to the reservoir and will take another raw sample ASAP. System is chlorinating and will take 5 temporary routines in January. Micah will return 12/17 and will call regarding public notice to be sent out. ACTION NEEDED: Work on correcting problem, install new raw sample tap, send out public notice within 30 days and take 5 temporary routines in January. | ||
