| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform violation DETAILS: I called and spoke with Marty about the violation for non reporting coliform in November and he asked me to call Tom Grieve 503-364-7440 because he is the person that takes the monthly samples. Marty suggested maybe the lab didnt report it. I asked him what lab they used and he said it was pacific Analytical in Corvallis. I called and left a message for Tom to follow up on the missing test and to make sure a routine is done in December. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for December sample | ||
