| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: I called Chris and discovered that the quarterly nitrate tests were being labeled wrong on the lab slip. The samples are being taken from SRC-BA but being reported as SRC-AA. I asked Chris to provide me with a written statement documenting this. I will then forward it to Chuck Michael at the state to correct it in SDWIS. This should remove the monitoring violation for nitrate. The system still has to take 2 more quarters of nitrate before their schedule can be evaluated again. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for statement from Chris | ||
