| Details: | SUMMARY: Failute to report coliform DETAILS: I spoke to Kathy Meyer, owner, regarding the violations for failure to report 4 repeat and 5 routine coliform test results in August 2009. Kathy said she thought the test results were sent in by the lab. She will check and send them in again. I received a call from Mark with the lab, 503-254-1794, and he said the lab failed to take the samples but will take 5 routines right away and send in the test results. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
