| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC #87724 Violation ID 19&20 DETAILS: Phone consulation with Chuck Michael with the DWP about Arco AM/PM on 02/25/09. Discussed the positive coliform samples that appear to only be at the soda fountain taps on 12/02/08, 12/05/08, and 01/30/09. I called Analytical Lab on 02/25/09 and they confirmed that the 12/02/08 test was from the "fountain tap" like the other 2 positives(SDWIS did not identify the exact location of this test).I invalidated. She and their water testing service company person, Jim Nash with Stetzman Services, also agress that the soda fountain is not a representative sample location of the water system. A written request to invalidate the "fountain tap" location coliform tests 12/02/08, 12/05/08 and 01/30/09 was done on 02/25/09 and sent to Chuck Michael. This would eliminate the MCL violation and the missing repeat tests in January, Violation 19 and 20 respectively, but would add a MNR violation for 4th quarter 2008. This was agreed upon by all. ACTION NEEDED: Sent in a written request on behalf of Arco to invalidate the "fountain tap" tests. Reminded Arco Manager to take quarterly coliform tests. | ||
