| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Violation. Nitrate monitoring had been completed but not entered into SDWIS DETAILS: 03/09/09 Contacted Paul VanDehey regarding the Nitrate violation. He indicated that they had sampled and would fax the results to me ASAP. 03/31/09 After discovering an issue with their fax machine, Paul emailed the results. I forwarded the results to the state. 04/10/09 Nitrate results have been entered into SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: VIOLATION RESOLVED. |
