| Details: | SUMMARY: MNR Violation: Coliform & Nitrate Monitoring DETAILS: James & Sherry Grimes notified in writing of monitoring and reporting violation for coliform reporting. Coliform results have not been received since the 1st quarter of 2007. Nitrate results have not been entered since 07/25/2006. Sample results for 2007 and 2008 have not been received by the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: If required samples were taken, copies are to be sent to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. If samples were not taken: 1) Take coliform for this quarter (July-Sep 2009) and 2009 nitrate sample immediately. 2)For those samples not taken, post Public Notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath Co Environmental Healthy within 10 days. | ||
