Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called operator but no answer or voicemail at 503-357-8561. 11/25/09 I obtained new operators phone number and contacted her, Danielle, by phone. I informed her of the alert and to do 4 repeat samples right away and 5 temporary routines in December. I asked her why she may have a positive test result and she said they just had the pump replaced and doesnt think the well was shocked after the work was completed. She is going to check with the lab to verify four repeats are or were taken. ACTION NEEDED: none
