Details:	SUMMARY: Violation response DETAILS: Terry called to discuss violation postcard received this week. Rock Creek WD did not turn their SWTR report for November in to our office until after December 10th, incurring a monitoring/reporting violation. Decembers report came in on time. Terry also noted that Rock Creek did not do VOC, nitrate or uranium monitoring in 2009. She is aware that violations will be coming for those and plans to take those samples as early as this week, which will bring the water system into compliance once the results are received at DWP. Leonard Fisher and Terry also discussed their low chlorine residual issues, which they believe are because of their chlorine supplier not rotating their chlorine supply frequently enough. Since switching to an NSF bleach, their chlorine residual has been stable and detectable. ACTION NEEDED: Water system will need to turn in monitoring results asap. An updated water quality monitoring page has been provided to the water system for easier chemical tracking in 2010.
