| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform positive DETAILS: I spoke with Heather, Dave was not available. She informed me that 4 repeat samples taken 12/3/09 were taken to the lab. One sample was frozen and disallowed by the lab. The other 3 came back positive. They sent employee Jack to resample the remaining sample. They will be disinfecting the well as soon as possible. They will then retest to assure that the problem is corrected. They will send this office a copy of the notice sent to the consumers. They will send in 5 samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Do all requirements. | ||
