| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Three positive total coliform from temporary routine samples from 12/4/09. This is likely due to incomplete chlorination of system on the November well shocking. Ivan is repeating the shocking of the system with increased amounts of chlorine, will issue a public notice, submit a copy to our office and take required samples into the future. The system is scheduled to be completely connected to the City of Woodburn sometime in the spring of 2010. Until that time Ivan will be testing as required and taking the necessary samples on the schedule assigned to this system. System did issue December public notice and all five coliform samples are negative. ACTION NEEDED: Publich public notice for resolved coliform | ||
