| Details: | SUMMARY: alert investigation DETAILS: On site meeting to discuss situation. Trent told me that the chlorinator stopped working and that the sample was still taken. I informed him of the need for 4 repeats as soon as possible. Due to lab logistics, samples probably wont be taken until Monday 1/18. I told him about public notice requirements and the boil water notice. I gave him 7 copies of a draft notice I had prepared that he was welcome to use. He liked them and said he would distribute. Mentioned that a sanitary survey will be forth coming. ACTION NEEDED: Await test results. | ||
