Details: SUMMARY: Nonreporting coliform DETAILS: System popped up on violation list. Called operator and she took the sample on 10/8 said Umpqua Research was supposed to report the results to state. Doesnt know why state didnt receive the results. ACTION NEEDED: Check with lab about past results. Send copy to state and take November results now.
