Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary Survery follow up DETAILS: Meeting to plan for correcting the deficiencies on the survey. Meeting on 12/10 to review completed corrections. Everything is completed as of 12/09 except installing the sample taps on wells 1, 3, and 4. The parts are purchased and will be installed in January. Corrections completed. ACTION NEEDED: Will contact me in January after the sample taps are installed.
