| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called and left a message to make sure 4 repeats of the coliform test and one source water test for coliform were conducted right away. Next month routines are required to be taken and submitted to the state. Robert returned my call and said the 4 repeats plus the source water sample were submitted to the lab on Friday. ACTION NEEDED: Be sure the results are sent to the state by the 10th of February. Then in February, take 5 routine coliform samples and make sure the results reach the state before March 10th | ||
