| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Mark called to inform us they had a positive as stated by laboratory. I spoke with Bob Reardon and then called and spoke with Tony Fields at the state. Called and spoke with Matt Groza and discussed protocol for repeat sampling. Also, informed Matt of requirement for next month. Matt stated that Mark had already taken 3 samples and was in route to laboratory. The lab is over an hour away and they wanted to have samples tested before it closed. Matt said Mark took sample from positive source, 1 upstream and 1 downstream. He also said that there are no other possible sources downstream because positive source was at end. ACTION NEEDED: Total of 5 samples to be tested. | ||
