| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: 11/10/09 During survey discussed violation and onsite operator & he thought the coliform sample had been taken during the third quarter but if it hadnt he would take one right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to see if 4th quarter sample is taken & reported on time. | ||
