| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine complaint DETAILS: Called manager Dean and discussed complaint. Learned that a sodium hypo chlorination system had been installed since last survey, abandoned tricolor pellets being dropped directly into well, and that disinfectant level was being checked and documented about once a week but it hovered around 0.3 - 0.4 mg/L. I told Dean that Id send him contact info regarding the plan review process for the new chlorinator and that he needed to find a way to get the chlorine residual checked daily, and documented. ACTION NEEDED: If complaints persist an on site check for chlorine residual may be arranged. | ||
