| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: One of the 4 repeat samples following a quarterly positive was positive. I talked to Mr. Kohler about flushing the dead end lines. He will try to locate the flushing valve if tit was installed. This office does not have as built distribution plans. Advised him to add a maintenance amount of chlorine to the cisterns to achieve a 0.5ppm chlorine in the cisterns only Let this dissipate then retake a few special samples after flushing the dead end lines to see what they get. Also advised to do a public notice for the positive test. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up sampling results. | ||
