| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation investigation DETAILS: Ed came into the office to discuss problems. They just took 5 temporary routines and 2 are positive. The Circuit Rider was out to investigate the problem but hasnt made his report yet. Ed said that well #1 has been taken out of service because the last 2 source samples were positive. He also said that all three reservoirs were cleaned professionally by divers. Ed said he plans to disinfect the reservoirs first the big one then the other 2. He said a valve broke at well #1. After they repair the valve they will disinfect the well and flush it out and take a source sample there. He asked about doing the 4 repeats. I advised he skip the repeats since they are already in violation and continue with corrective action. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect reservoirs and well #1. If well #1 does not clear up it may need to be Tved and /or rehabbed. | ||
