| Details: | SUMMARY: Missed coliform DETAILS: I called Curtis to talk to him about this missed coliform test for the October to December 2009 quarter. He called Pyxis Lab and called me back. He said that they did collect a sample but did not report it, apparently due to non payment. Curtis said they would be submitting the test right away. I also reminded Curtis to make sure the January to March 2010 sample is collected and reported on time. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for old 4th quarter results as well as the 1010 1st quarter results. | ||
