| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 11/30/09 from a repeat sample positive for Ecoli. System had previously been placed on a boil water notice. In conjunction with state worked with operators to determine 4 log inactivation with chlorinator system. System experienced issues of excessively high chlorine levels. Worked with system to determine appropriate concentration/mix ratio of chlorine and water. As of 1/9/10 system is monitoring chlorine residual daily and is averaging .2 to .4 ppm chlorine in system. Appears under control now and is being maintained on a daily basis. ACTION NEEDED: Take five repeat samples in January 2010 | ||
