| Details: | The July monthly report showed the system did not have sufficient CT for 4 days in the month (7th-10th) and had multiple days with high turbidity so it did not rule of 95% of the month having the turbidity being 1 NTU or less. I told operator that a public notice would be required for both violations. | ||
