| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 12/30/09 contacted Bill and explained to him 5 repeat samples were needed the 5th must be a raw water source since the system is practicing chlorine residual maintenance by today and that 5 more repeat samples will need to be taken again in January 2010 ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 additional routine samples in January 2010. Depending on results of repeat samples may need to shock chlorinate system. | ||
