| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 12/21/09 contacted Kevin and explained to him 4 repeat samples were needed. Lab had taken 4 repeat samples as well a 5th raw sample under trigger monitoring requirements. Awaiting results. Spoke with Kevin about maintaining chlorinator as well as potential need to shock chlorinate system again. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 additional routine samples in January 2010. Shock chlorinate system if necessary. | ||
