| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Ivan took required five samples in January and all were negative for coliform. He will issue a public notice for resolved coliforms, submit a copy to our office and take required samples in the future. The system is scheduled to be completely connected to City of Woodburn sometime in the spring of 2010. Until that time, Ivan will be testing as required and taking the necessary samples on the schedule assigned to this system. System did issue December public notice as required.
