| Details: | SUMMARY: Did not report any routine coliform samples for 4th quarter. DETAILS: Called water system and informed them that the 4th quarter coliform sample was missed and that they should resume collecting quarterly coliform samples starting in the 1st quarter 2010. Karen indicated that they collected the sample late since they are located in a remote location. Karen was informed that collecting the samples at the beginning of a quarter will help prevent samples form being missed and turned in late. ACTION NEEDED: Resume collecting quarterly samples in 2010. | ||
