Details:	SUMMARY: Water system did not report any coliform samples for the 4th Quarter 2010 and no nitrate in 2009. DETAILS: Called and informed Ann Logan that they missed the 4th quarter sample for coliform and the yearly nitrate sample in 2009. Ann was aware that she missed the sample and said she will be collecting the coliform sample for the 1st quarter 2010 in the next couple of days and when she as at the lab she will talk to them about getting bottles for the yearly nitrate sample and one time arsenic sample. ACTION NEEDED: Collect quarterly coliform samples, yearly nitrate samples and the one time arsenic sample.
