| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Inspection DETAILS: Met with Sylvia and Bill Bush, their lawyer Wm. Kuhn, Matt Henry and Brad Crement with HBH Engineering, and reps from Knerr Construction. All conditions mentioned in the Dec. 9, 2009 plan review letter have been met except the addition of a splash pad for the reservoir overlflow. Discussion took place on whether or not to add a third booster pump to bring the total available flow up to 120 gpm. A test of the system will be made in March by having half the residents turn on their irrigation systems while measuring the pressure at the far end of the main. ACTION NEEDED: Splash pad to be installed at reservoir overflow. | ||
