| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrates DETAILS: I contacted Trula about the violation for not sampling nitrates for 2008. She said that the sample was taken. There was a miscommunication between the operator and the lab as to who would send the samples to the state. She faxed me copies of the results and I sent them to the state on 1/27/10 ACTION NEEDED: Return system to compliance. Operator will make sure the samples are sent yearly to the state. | ||
