According to the Springs Action Plan, the master plan was to be submitted by Jan 15, 2010. It is not quite complete. ACTION NEEDED: Josh will keep us up to date on the progress. Milestones for meeting the action plan may be shifted once the master plan is submitted for review/approval. | ||
