Details:	SUMMARY: Plan review follow up DETAILS: Performed field visit as requested by Tom Charbonneau to verify if improvements had been made to the well. The well casing has been raised to 12" + above grade. The system has a raw sample tap. The vent still needs to be improved because the current vent is a plastic plug with two slits cut in the top. The system is sampling for coliform & nitrate but lacks an initial arsenic. The system serves a mobile unit that is licensed by Columbia Health District. I spoke with the manager of the mobile unit and let her know that they still need an arsenic sample as well as a proper screened vent. I also suggested the build a small structure over the well head to provide protection from the elements. January 22 - Checklist not required per Marsha Fox. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up next inspection to see if arsenic sample was taken & proper screened vent was installed.
