| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: System had the quarterly tests sent in, coliform showed positive, 5 repeat tests were mad and E coli test came back positive. The site was visited and boil water notices were posted at the doors, all cooking and beverages services were stopped and a Cease and Desist paper was posted for food activities. The system then put in all new piping new filters and new pressure tank. Then five more tests were made and on January 14, 2010 all tests showed negative. The boil water notice was remove and the Cease and Desist released. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to maintain proper testing and report all results to the state. | ||
