| Details: | SUMMARY: Construction of 3 homes planned with separate well. Non-public system DETAILS: Jeanne Rumps (208-954-1556) is a consultant with McMillen LLC, an engineering firm working on the development of 3 houses for the hatchery site. It is proposed to connect the 3 homes to an existing well that is not used by the hatchery public water system. We reviewed the public water system classifications, including "state-regulated" and the 3 homes would not meet the definition of a public water system. Therefore, no plan submittal is required. The well proposed for use will be tested for water quality and pumping rate before the housing units are constructed. ACTION NEEDED: No plan review required at this time, unless the separate well systems are interconnected. The on-site plumbing is jurisdiction of Plumbing Codes. | ||
