| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone call to Mr. Hardin. He had just heard the sample submitted on 1/4/10 was positive. This was a repeat sample from the December positive coliform. He understands he was to take five samples this month. The samples should have been marked temporary routine samples. He will take a sample from the well as par of the sampling required for this month and the next. There was work done on the well had the chlorine residual sample was also low. This sample was taken at a swivel faucet and we discussed the disadvantages of using a swivel faucet. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the 5 temporary routines this month, make any necessary adjustments to the system and take 5 temporary routine samples in the month of February. | ||
