| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sample taken 1/13/10 positive for coliform. Spoke with Mr. Chang and he didnt know he had a positive. He had been out of town. He will take four samples today to include one from the well. He plans to chlorinate the well after the samples are taken. He was aware of the need to take the five temporary routine samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples to include the well as one and next month take five temporary routine samples in February. | ||
