| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: System has submitted LOI for funding to complete their arsenic treatment project but probably wont receive any of the funds until middle of 2010. The state is granting an extension to allow enough time to complete installation. The system is to continue to monitor quarterly for arsenic and keep providing a public notice until the running annual average is below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on plant progress. | ||
