| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I called Marty about violation and he asked me to call Tom Grieve ,503-364-7440 because he is the person that takes the monthly samples. Marty suggested maybe the lab didnt report it. I asked him what lab and he said Pacific Analytical in Corvallis. I called and left message for Tom to follow up on the missing test and to make sure a routine is done in December. 12/18/09 Sample taken and received at the state on 12/28/09. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
